The Liebert Type SS has been approved by Motorola R56 Committee, Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites — Type 1,1A and 2 Devices. The Type SS incorporates Liebert’s “state-of-the-art” Interceptor technology for enhanced safety and performance coordination of all surge and fuse components.

LM Surge Suppression

Details

The LM Series is a multi-mode surge protective device that offers continuous protection from damaging transients and electrical line noise.

The LM utilizes patented circuitry to monitor the status of all protection modes, including neutral to ground. In addition, high isolation form C dry contacts provide for remote monitoring of suppression system failure, and phase and power loss.

The LM has the industry's highest surge current repeatability, and also has a modular design that allows for flexibility.

Static Transfer Switch

200 Amp - 800 Amp

The solid-state bus transfer switch is the enabling technology behind dual-bus power systems. These devices are connected between your critical load and the outputs of two independent UPS systems. If the primary UPS should fail, the switch will automatically transfer the loads to the surviving UPS.

The STS 2 has triple-redundant logic. Each DSP controller is capable of working independently, and each helps monitor the other two. If one malfunctions, the other two lock it out. Each controller has power feeds from both power supplies. Available in 100 to 1000 Amps
