As your rack-mount systems grow in number, complexity and criticality — so must your power distribution system. To meet this challenge Liebert has created a product designed to optimize power distribution at the rack level with the “plug-and-play” flexibility that today’s IT managers demand from their systems.  Two sizes are available - 15-125 and 150 - 300 KVA

Regardless of the quality of input power, Liebert Datawave Magnetic Synthesizer generates a stable output waveform to distribute to your sensitive electronic equipment. The self-contained system can be used to condition utility power, distribute it to sensitive electronics, and monitor power parameters. Systems are available from 15-200 kVA.

With a single, space-saving unit, the Liebert Static Transfer Switch 2/Power Distribution Unit provides power distribution and automatic switching between two different AC power sources.

The packaged system approach of the Liebert STS2/PDU is convenient and space-saving, reducing installation time and cost compared to a conventional approach using multiple interconnected components. The STS2/PDU is built on proven system designs used in thousands of installations.

Static Transfer Switch

200 Amp - 800 Amp

The solid-state bus transfer switch is the enabling technology behind dual-bus power systems. These devices are connected between your critical load and the outputs of two independent UPS systems. If the primary UPS should fail, the switch will automatically transfer the loads to the surviving UPS.

The STS 2 has triple-redundant logic. Each DSP controller is capable of working independently, and each helps monitor the other two. If one malfunctions, the other two lock it out. Each controller has power feeds from both power supplies. Available in 100 to 1000 Amps

It automatically transfers from the failing power source to the alternate source immediately upon detection of a problem — in less than six milliseconds. SmartSwitch's proven power switching technology allows dual AC power paths all the way up to the critical load for the ultimate in AC power system redundancy, power availability and fault tolerance.
