When the need for SNMP and TCP/IP UPS integration is a must, the NetcomTH fills the gaps! With the NetcomTH, any Controlled Power Company UPS or lighting inverter can be integrated into the network with a specific IP address and can communicate SNMP with a network NMS. When used in conjunction with Dataguard Advanced, the NetcomTH provides UPS monitoring and shutdown capability from any location on the network. No local server serial communication is necessary. The UPS/Lighting Inverter can be monitored on another floor from the nearest server or even in another building! |

It is important to be protected as well as informed. Available on our entire line of UPS and lighting inverter systems is Dataguard Advanced. Dataguard Advanced is a real-time software package that monitors the status of the UPS or lighting inverter system. If in the event of a power failure or system problem, Dataguard Advanced will send emails or a network broadcast message notifying key personnel of the condition. If power is not restored or the system problem has not subsided, Dataguard Advanced can be programmed to shutdown the computers which are connected to the UPS. Dataguard Advanced runs within a web browser which enables key personnel to check the status of the UPS/lighting inverter from anywhere in the world. Dataguard Advanced is easy to install and runs on most major operating systems. Dataguard Advanced monitors the UPS / Lighting Inverter status locally through a serial port or over the network with a Netcom TH. |

System monitoring is critical. In some cases where email or a computer network is not available, the Automatic Message Dialer fills the gap. The automatic message dialer is an optional device available on our UPS/lighting inverter product lines that provides 24/7 monitoring via a telephone line. If in the event there is an alarm condition with the UPS or lighting inverter, the Automatic Message Dialer dials up to 3 numbers and plays a customizable prerecorded voice message. |
