SYPM Power Module

Specifications

  These replacement Power
  Modules are 4KVA each and
  hot-swappable. 

  Used in the APC Symmetra line of
  UPS's, they offer upgrade paths to
  16 KVA in the large cabinet.

  These Power Modules are also
  used to achieve the N+1 redundancy which creates a fault tolerant system.  For example, an 8KVA Symmetra UPS can be populated with two or three SYPM power modules to achieve fault tolerance.  Call for details.

Network Mgmt Cards

  provide management of an individual
  Smart UPS by connecting the UPS
  directly to the network with a dedicated
  IP address, avoiding the need for a
  proxy such as a server.

  Embedded technology provides

  UPS to reboot hung equipment.

You can manage each APC UPS individually via web browser, Telnet, SNMP or via SSL and SSH.

Notification features inform you of problems as they occur. For
protected servers, you can download the lastest version of PowerChute Shutdown software at no charge from APC that provides graceful, unattended shutdown in the event of an extended power outage.

Smart Signaling Cable
