Our Onsite Service Plan is the flagship of our service plans offering an individual, or team of service personnel at your facility either part time, or up to 24x7 coverage.  In addition to Gruber Power providing the staffing, major parts kits are included and maintained at your site at no additional cost including the the ability to provide a full working replacement unit.

Our Platinum and Gold series of unlimited service delivery offering includes parts, labor, travel, and onsite time for remedial and emergency service offering the most comprehensive plan available.

Our Silver series of time and materials service delivery offering provides customers access to our vast service network for remedial and emergency service.  Although our response capability varies with workload, the sizeable service resources allow us to respond within reasonable timeframes.  For guaranteed response commitments, we recommend the Platinum and Gold service plans.

Disaster Recovery
In the event of a major disaster, Gruber Power Services can orchestrate your critical power recovery and restoration efforts with an on-site team response.  Our global service delivery capability allows us to rapidly deploy Project Managers and Field Engineers to affected areas without compromising maintenance service delivery.  Our team of experts will bring your system back on-line, make necessary repairs, and replace parts and batteries, or draw on our large selection of rental or replacement units to ensure complete restoration of your infrastructure.

Enhanced Battery Maintenance
 Gruber Power recognizes Batteries are an integral part of any critical power application.

We are the only independent maintenance organization that manufactures a line of batteries specifically designed for critical power applications.

Optimal battery service life is realized through routine maintenance. As a battery ages, its capacity drops. Annual battery testing is recommended to measure the energy that a battery is able to store. A reading of 80% or less indicates that a battery should be replaced.

Gruber Power Service packages include battery maintenance usually performed during preventative maintenance service visits. As a battery manufacturer, you can be assured of:

  • Freshest possible batteries
  • Ample supply of all types, sizes, styles
  • Lowest cost - We have removed all middlemen

Preventive Maintenance Options
Included in the Service packages are two preventive maintenance visits per year during which any wear items are replaced and the equipment is extensively analyzed.  We employ Field Engineers trained in predictive analysis skills allowing us to manage equipment performance, rather than waiting to react to failures and the inevitable subsequent downtime.
