Platinum and Gold service delivery packages includes:

Scheduled preventive maintenance
visits (2 per year) for the duration of the service agreement

advance, to allow for necessary change notification

Field Engineers, fully
equipped with all necessary tools,
laptop computer pre-loaded with equipment manuals, parts kit
unique to your equipment

and certified Field Engineers who have met and graduated
from the extensive Gruber Power training programs

delivery, following documented scopes of work and methods of
procedure, customer-specific if necessary

UPS and battery maintenance

potential future problems

Field Service Reports
(FSRs) reviewed, approved, and delivered or
made available online. If a problem is detected, the
FSR is accompanied by a recommended corrective action plan.
