Your full-service agreement with Gruber Power Services will provide an extra measure of reliability, eliminate or reduce downtime, and provide immediate access to one of the most competent service networks in the USA.  All maintenance services are delivered in accordance with applicable industry  standards, such as NECA, IEEE, and Bellcor.

Our Platinum and Gold service delivery packages includes:

• Scheduled preventive maintenance visits (2 per year) for the duration of the service agreement
• Visit confirmation two to four weeks in advance, to allow for necessary change notification
• Professional Gruber Power Services Field Engineers, fully equipped with all necessary tools,
  laptop computer pre-loaded with equipment manuals, parts kit unique to your equipment
• Service performed by factory-trained and certified Field Engineers who have met and graduated
  from the extensive Gruber Power training programs
• Consistent, accountable service delivery, following documented scopes of work and methods of procedure, customer-specific if necessary
• UPS and battery maintenance designed to maximize equipment lifecycle and identify potential future problems
• Field Service Reports (FSRs) reviewed, approved, and delivered or made available online. If a problem is detected, the FSR is accompanied by a recommended corrective action plan.
