Service Call Procedures  -  Contract Customers
 

Service Requests - Between 8 AM to 5 PM
 
Call 800.658.5883 out of state or 602.863.2655 in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area and ask for the Service Department. 

Please have your equipment information available. The Service Department will log your service request in our computerized call tracking system.

The first available engineer will contact you for further details prior to arriving on site.

Service Requests - Outside the 8 AM to 5 PM Window
 
Call 888.404.6997 no matter where you are located. When logging an after hours service call, explain that you are logging an emergency service request and state the nature of the problem. An engineer will return your call and be onsite within the contracted response time if necessary.
