Service Call Procedures  -  Per Call Customers
 

Our normal and 24 Hour Hotline is active year round and available to our Per Call customers as well.  All services performed are billed at prevailing rates.  The procedure for logging an emergency request is:

Call 800.658.5883 out of state or 602.863.2655 in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area during normal working hours.

For logging an after hours service call, dial 888.404.6997 and explain that you are logging an emergency service request, and state the nature of the problem.

Our service department will honor your service request on a best effort basis.
