This position consists of assisting Account Managers with:

• Paper Processing
• Order Processing
• Quote Generating
• Database Maintenance
• Scheduling

The primary customers are "Fortune 500" companies in the Southwestern U.S. although service geography extends all throughout North America . The position includes maintenance and development of ongoing accounts which includes developing new business, handling "adds-moves-changes", and responding to bid opportunities.  

Our internal marketing programs include Internet marketing and many other marketing innovations to help generate leads and sales. We also provide Account Managers the latest marketing and sales tools which include the latest computer hardware and software.   

Excellent personal communications skills, teamwork and a strong customer focus will be essential. You will also need leadership, good documentation/communication skills and computer literacy is essential.
