Welcome to
Las Vegas!

Nestled in the
southern tip of Nevada is America's most fun city - Las
Vegas which boasts an
influx of 5000+ persons move
into the valley every month. Many have no idea of
where they are relocating to, other than what a real
estate agent told them.
We are far from being a Los Angeles when it comes to
living in one part of town and working on the other side
of it. The traffic is still manageable. The
work 'center' of this valley is clearly the Strip and a
few blocks around it. That's where the traffic is
unbearable.
Studies of family income by
zip code show, naturally, that the richest areas of town
are the Summerlin zip and the surrounding zip code areas,
Green Valley and it's neighboring zips and the very new
southeast area, the new homes south on Eastern Avenue.
They are the areas most recently developed in the valley.
The Gruber companies created a
Nevada office in the '90's to service a growing base of
major corporations in the Las Vegas area.
